Daily rates are for private use based upon the level of occupancy.
This is self-contained accommodation.

$300.00 per night low season
$400.00 per night high season
Rates are in New Zealand Dollars
Low season 1st May to 30th September
High Season 1st October to 30th April

Enjoy the Summer in Christchurch for any booking more than two nights receive $100 per night discount on the listed summer rate.
Available from Thursday, 01 October 2009 to Friday, 30 April 2010

Bookings may be paid for using credit cards or PayPal accounts.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in after 3:00 pm on date of arrival unless other arrangements are made in advance. 
Check-out on or before 11:00 am unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Linens

Sheets, pillowcases, blankets and towels are provided. 

Telephone and High Speed Internet

Local calls are free and the phone can receive calls from anywhere, but making long distance calls and receiving collect calls are blocked. If users wish to make long distance calls, they should use a calling card or call collect. FREE high speed internet access & Wi-Fi are available. 

Payments and fees

A reservation deposit is required to confirm all bookings. The property is subject to availability until a deposit is received.

Payment in full of all fees including a security/damage Bond is required 14 days prior to occupancy.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 30 days of arrival attracts a charge of 25% of the full tariff.
Cancellation with 10 days of arrival attracts a 100% charge for every room night.
We encourage all valued guests to take travel insurance in the event that circumstances outside their control cause cancellation of their booking and thus incur a cancellation fee.
